( in Manila, the Philippines) Delicious and affordable Fusion restaurant in Burgos, Makati's Red light district - ZIGGURAT. I was surprised to find such a nice restaurant in this area, and yes, during the day at least, it felt very safe to be there! I super recommend trying this place! I'm definitely going back ;) I love food!!
